We provide an electrical inspection service if you need confirmation that your property is at a sufficient level of safety. Our electricians will conduct a thorough check of the property and either record any outstanding issues, or provide certification confirming the property is safe and up to the correct legal standard. Our electrician will attend and conduct visual inspections or the property and tests where relevant. You will either be provided with a report of fault areas which require addressing, or a certificate confirming that the essential requirements are met. If you are in need of proof that appliances are safe to use or if you are more interested in peace of mind, we offer a P.A.T testing service for as many items as you need testing. We quote per number of items so you can be comfortable in the knowledge that our rates fairly reflect the amount of work you need doing.

Socket or light malfunctions are also common problems which we are skilled at repairing. Our electricians carry extensive parts related to sockets and lights on their vans to make the repairs or initiate the replacement of the parts quickly and efficiently. We also fit new sockets or lights from scratch. Just advise the electrician and they will make the necessary modifications to the area in question to support the new fitting.
